I've only been working here for almost two years and I've seen a lot of stuff going on over here. People cheating on each other. New cheaters turning into regulars. Truckers coming back home just to find out their significant other has been cheating on them after 23 years of marriage. Drug addicts. Drunks. Prostitutes. Drug dealers. People hiding from cops....it's too much. Occasionally, I'll get tourists or people that actually need a room to sleep in. I know I made this blog to share stories and experiences that go on around here, but this place is getting to me. What's the world coming to? I'm gonna start looking for another job. I want out.

Housekeeper comes in with this item, I tried to figure out what it is. I thought it was some sort of remote then I realized it's a small scale for weighing coke or something. It was all over my hands! She told me it was from a room that a family with a kid have been staying at....

The same day there was a syringe  found in a room. The next day a broken meth pipe was found

Burn baby burn!

I'm not exactly sure what happened because these guests were already checked out at the time, but they could've burned the whole place down! Judging by the yellow shampoo bottle, I think someone had lice and they were trying to burn their clothes or something. Along the way they burned the shower curtains too and just booked it. I didn't realize the whole lice thing until I noticed it and started thinking about it so I just got the hell out of there just in case. =O
